By Restaurants

Restaurant partners may cancel orders due to:

  • Operational issues
  • Technical problems
  • Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Cancelled orders

  • Menu accuracy

Twiffo acts only as a technology platform connecting users and restaurant partners.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on Twiffo, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Software
  • Graphics
  • Designs
  • Text Content

is the property of Twiffo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twiffo shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Restaurant-related food quality issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the affected order.
